Venti’s is excited to share new + seasonal menu items added to our regular menu at both locations. We continue to select the Willamette Valley’s and Oregon’s best ingredients, partnering with local companies and purveyors as often as possible. Our burgers feature grass-fed, pasture raised beef from Rudio Creek Ranch in Eastern Oregon and we’ve added an incredible dessert featuring the Willamette Valley Pie hand pie, with bacon!
TRIO OF HUMMUS (v) $7 – Three housemade hummus varieties * Venti’s Original * roasted red pepper * chunky pepita (pumpkin seeds). Served with pita wedges.
HARVEST HOUSE SALAD $9 – The Harvest House Salad is vegan and gluten free.
Greens, roasted sweet potatoes, spiced pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and craisins served with housemade maple vinaigrette. Add choice of protein $4 or beef for $6.
CLASSIC CAESAR $9
Romaine, house made croutons, shaved parmesan, and an eggless Caesar dressing. Add choice of protein $4 or beef for $6.
MUSHROOM+BLUE BURGER $13
Lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onions, herbed mushrooms & crumbled blue cheese.
We use Rudio Creek Ranch for your grass-fed, Oregon-raised, hand-formed burgers.
HUMMUS & AVOCADO PITA (v) $8
Hummus, tomato, avocado, cucumbers and artichoke-walnut pesto inside a grilled pita. Add protein $4 or beef for $5.
CAESAR PITA $11
Romaine, eggless Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan and your choice of protein inside a grilled pita.
FISH & CHIPS $14
Beer battered cod with fries or tots, served with a side of house made remoulade sauce.
MARDI GRAS PASTA [hot] $14
Penne pasta tossed with spicy tomato sauce and choice of Cajun chicken or Cajun tofu. Topped with shaved parmesan, red peppers and scallions.
RED CURRY MAC $11
Penne pasta tossed with housemade red curry and white cheddar sauce. Served with toasted artisan bread.
WILLAMETTE VALLEY FRUIT HAND PIE $8
Baked Marionberry-filled pastry with vanilla ice cream, topped with bacon pieces.
