Venti’s is excited to share new + seasonal menu items added to our regular menu at both locations. We’ve selected some of the Willamette Valley’s and Oregon’s best ingredients, partnering with local companies and purveyors as often as possible. Our burgers feature grass-fed, pasture raised beef from Rudio Creek Ranch in Eastern Oregon and we’ve added an incredible vegan/vegetarian protein, Korean BBQ Tempeh!

Pork Belly Bowl • Seasoned pork belly w/ beans, cheddar cheese, guacamole & pico, topped w/ a fried egg & corn chips. Drizzled w/ rooster sauce.
Fondue Burger • Lettuce, tomatoes, red onions w/ smoky cheddar bacon sauce.
Falafel Salad • Mixed greens topped w/ falafel balls, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, red bell peppers & scallions. Served with your choice of dressing.
Sausalito Salad (g) • Mixed Greens topped w/ sautéed Cajun chicken, poblano peppers, onions & pico. Served with tortilla chips & ranch dressing.
