The bottled beers offered in Venti's Cafe and Basement Bar change with
- breweries' new, seasonal, celebrational, and one-off offerings / releases,
- customers' interest / input,
and
- bar manager inclination.
There are many, many quality craft beers available in bottle. Two dozen different beers are typically available at anytime.

The bottled beers purveyed in early June 2010 are listed below in two tables. In Table 1, the bottled beers are partitioned into seven style groups
- crisp, clean, thirst-quenching lagers and golden, pale ales
- dark, malty ales; beers of hue
- Indian Pale Ale
- Double or Imperial IPA and Pale Ales; 2X IPA for brevity
- Double or Imperial Amber/Red, Brown, Porter, Stout, or Strong Ale
- Belgian-style Ales
- Gulten Free Beers

The grouping and naming covention loosely adhere to the BJCP conventions; but, brewers complicate this intention by twisting and combining BJCP styles and by taking poetic license with naming.
The single cider is allocated to the first group.

In Table 2 the beers are relisted alphabetically by brewing company and then beer name.
