the hood

We are going from having a bare minimum kitchen (steam table and Flashbake ovens) to having a full-sized professional kitchen. We celebrated when the hood was installed — especially since it had been such a setback to have to drill through the ceiling to vent the hood… Yay. Kitchen equipment to be delivered soon.
